Visitor Guidelines

Visiting hours are daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Patient visits are permitted by prior arrangement with the department. Visitors must comply with the HNRK Patient Internal Regulations during their stay at the Haapsalu Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. Visits outside of designated visiting hours must be coordinated with the department’s senior nurse or, in their absence, the on-duty nurse.

Visitors are kindly requested to:

  • act in accordance with good manners and etiquette, and bear in mind that they are in a hospital
  • inform the HNRK information desk (on the 1st floor, to the left upon entering through the main door) and the department’s on-duty nurse about their visit
  • leave outerwear in the cloakroom and thoroughly clean outdoor footwear upon entering the hospital; if possible, we recommend using indoor shoes
  • avoid visiting HNRK if unwell
  • if possible, stay in the department’s lounges or foyers during your visit. These areas offer pleasant conditions for visits and ensure the privacy of the patient’s roommate is not disturbed.
  • limit visits to HNRK to a maximum of three people per patient
  • adhere to the recommendations and requests provided by HNRK staff
  • to leave the hospital after visiting hours

Please remember that:

  • Possession and consumption of alcohol or drugs are not permitted at HNRK. It is also not permitted to be in the hospital under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
  • The presence of unauthorized individuals at HNRK is not permitted. This applies both during and outside of visiting hours.
  • If you leave the hospital with a patient during visiting hours, you must inform the department’s on-duty nurse and the information desk (on the 1st floor, to the right upon exiting the main door) about your departure and return.

Thank you for your understanding and polite conduct!
